Mints the specified amount into the mintTo position. The position needs to be unfrozen.

fee payer (in transactionConfig or global fee payer)

freeze authority (optional)

The unfreeze / freeze options are supported only for TOKEN_2022 financial instrument and require the existence of a freeze authority setup on the token. The freeze authority can be looked up automatically by the system and its private keys used for signatures. Or the lookup of the freeze authority and is signer behavior can be set with the itemData.mintTo.freezeAuthority.
