DKG Key Setup

Used for providing the inputs necessary to setup a DKG Key. A DKG Key can be created in one or multiple copies - i.e. the same public/private key pair can be copied and split across different combinations of DKG Players (i.e. MPC Nodes that hold keyshares).
Each object in the array for this schema represents the definition of a single Key Copy.
